Night

Today,

was one of those days. You know those days where you put on your superwoman cape and get ready to tackle a thousand different things at once? On those days I often stand in the mirror in the morning totally perplexed, a high heel shoe on one foot and a comfortable sneaker on the other. The last thing I want to worry about when I am running around between classes, errands, and the like is aching feet from running around in heels all day. But it can be hard to come up with an outfit that can easily transition from day to day to night time appropriate with just a change of shoes – because that’s about all I can squeeze into my overflowing bag.

So when I discovered this winning combo I knew I had to share my formula with all of you. I am not a math wiz so we’ll keep the formula super simple:

1 Bold Blazer (for a sophisticated pop of color) + 1 Pair of Boyfriend Jeans (for that effortlessly chic look and extra comfort, of course) + 1 Pair of Converse (for practicality and a funky sporty vibe) + 1 Pair of Pumps (because they’re always classy and you can just slip them on).

You can also switch out the cami for a graphic tee and play around with blazers in different colors and textures.

And there you have it – one super easy day to night look that will take you from running around to running the town (who run the world? GIRLS!).
