Hello Beauties,

After two amazing weeks in Brazil, reuniting with family, I left the sunshine only to return to below freezing temperatures. So this post is for all of you guys and gals braving the winter temps with me! I’m sharing my must have winter basics so we can all brave the winter more comfortably, beautifully, and gracefully. If you have any winter products you swear by or tips you’d like to share – I would love to read them!

Deep Steep Hand Scrub & Hand Cream

This hand rejuvenating power couple will solve all of your crackly witch hand problems, providing those parched hands with some much needed moisture. The best part? They come in a variety of formulas, from passion fruit guava to honeydew melon –  they are like tasty margaritas(dead sea salt on the rim included) for your hands (minus the alcohol dehydration part). Basically, they are amazing and you need to keep these on your person at ALL TIMES. After you’ve washed your hands with antibacterial soap give them a quick hand scrub and finish them off with some hand cream, this will keep the combination of water, harsh soaps, and winter dryness from wreaking havoc on your delicate hands.

YS Organic Bee Farms CERTIFIED ORGANIC RAW HONEY
Yogi Tea Cold Season Sampler

If you’re anything like me than your immune system checks out and heads to the Bahamas at the first sight of winter. So you need to combat these icky winter colds with a cold specific tea sweetened with organic raw honey. This soothing combo will give your body an extra boost and tastes great too! I can’t stress enough how important it is to consume organic raw honey, as adorable as that honey bear is it is extremely processed ridding it of many of its medicinal properties.

Sonia Kashuk Radiant Tinted Moisturizer
Jo Malone Lip Conditioner

I am a fan of tinted moisturizers for all year wear but especially for winter wear. They provide lighter more moisturizing (hence the name) coverage than traditional foundations so your skin won’t appear as dry. They wont stick to and highlight dry patches the way foundations do (because they only time I don’t like cake is when it’s on my face). I also have to take a moment to rave about this Jo Malone lip conditioner. At $25 it might give you sticker shock but I promise it’s worth every penny. Your chapped lips will thank you!
